• Post-graduation in public health, hospital administration, health management or allied filed • Relevant consultancy or management experience in the development sector • Willing to be based at the district level and travel for 25 days at district level within the state • Good oral and written communication in English and working knowledge of local languages • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Experience in use of data for program monitoring and management
