Job Description

1. All health facilities in the districts 2. The registered private health facilities in the districts (as CMHO record) 3. The active chapters/societies of the professional medical associations and contact details of their leaders 4. Members list of the professional medical associations (FOGSI, IAP, and NNF) 5. Active members of FOGSI, IAP, IMA, NNF, TNAI who can be trained as mentors and assessor and their contact details 6. Accredited health facilities and laboratories (NABH, NABL, NNF and ISO) 7. Government functionaries responsible for RMNCHA services 8. Non-functional FRUs and 9. Gap assessment and enrolment of the shortlisted facilities

Post-graduation in public health, hospital administration, health management or allied filed

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

• Post-graduation in public health, hospital administration, health management or allied filed • Relevant consultancy or management experience in the development sector • Willing to be based at the district level and travel for 25 days at district level within the state • Good oral and written communication in English and working knowledge of local languages • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Experience in use of data for program monitoring and management
