Job Description: Program monitoring & CSR Partnership officer

Engrace Foundation is a section 8 company registered under the companies Act 2013 under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. Of India. Being an emerging social development entity this working with NGOs/Trusts/Institutions on program capacity development, CSR fundings, consultancy etc. Engrace Foundation is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and looking for suitable candidates for it’s expansion objective.

Position: Program monitoring & CSR Partnership officer

Place of posting: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

The Roles & responsibilities:

1.New partnership development with prospective organizations/institutions.

2.Contacting corporate, foundations and donor agencies on CSR funding opportunities.

3.Working on RFP, BID, grant portals on proposal submission and grant applications.

4.Working on follow up, due diligence processes on grant applications.

5.Being part of the team need to do the assessment, baseline survey, mid-term evaluation, monitoring and final evaluation of programs.

6.Supporting in writing reports, grant proposals, concept notes and working on budgeting

7.Supporting the team in handling partner queries and official visits on CSR funding, project proposal and consultations.

8.Accompanying during the filed visits and monitoring activities at the partner organization program areas

9.Record maintenance of program progress and updates regularly

10.Any other relevant task as required

The ideal candidate should be:

1.MBA/MSW/PG (preferably in social work) qualified candidates.

2.At least 3 years of experience.

3.Good English knowledge and communication skill.

4.Well versed in computer applications

5.Motivated, enthusiastic, team player and having pleasant personality

Salary: Minimum INR 35,000 per month on achieving basic target.

Please note: freshers having good skills can join as paid interns with minimum INR 15,000 salary per month on achieving basic targets.
