As a Sales Executive in our optical shop, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in eyewear products. Your primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the perfect eyewear solutions while ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, staying updated on industry trends, and maintaining product knowledge.
Job Specification:
. Should have good exposure in optical industry.
. Should have good negotiation ability.
. Product knowledge, including ability to read manufacturer catalogues.
Role & Responsibilities:
(Only Optical Sales Experience Candidate need to apply)
· Responsible to achieve individual Business Target on monthly basis.
· Responsible to Dispense right product to customer & ensure order get delivered within deadlines.
· Responsible to maintain asset & stocks of the company available in counter. Damage or loss of any product the concern sales person will be liable.
· Responsible to maintain a cordial relationship with Hospital Staff & Hospital management.
· Responsible to address all customer issues & keep his reporting manager posted about the same.
· Responsible to adhere the polices, SOP laid by the company.
· Responsible to maintain the décor of the counter always.
· Responsible in attainting goals assigned by Reporting Manager.
