Job Description

• Monitoring the project activities in Jaipur and Sawai Madhopur for the project. • Setting up systems for smooth implementation of the project. • Responsible for implementing the program activities including running of social enterprise and processing units in these 2 locations. • Providing handholding support to both the enterprises from helping them formulation and implementation of business plan. Also adhering to the compliances of managing the business operations of the enterprise. • Facilitating in providing EDP training to members of the enterprises. • Responsible for market facilitation. Providing support in branding and marketing strategies for the two enterprises, this includes all B2C marketing events, B2B events, shop in shop marketing, e-marketing and other channels which support sale of such products.

Eligibility Criteria

Preferably postgraduate in a relevant field, or a management graduate.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

•More than 5 years of relevant experience • Experience of supervising and managing teams • Experience of working in the field for atleast 2 years essential • Good communication and interpersonal skills
