Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Vocational Trainer and Resource Mobilizer for our Digital Literacy Program. The primary responsibilities include delivering training sessions on digital literacy, coordinating resource mobilization efforts to enrol participants from marginalized communities, and facilitating job placements in relevant industries.


Job Title: Vocational Trainer and Resource Mobilizer for Digital Literacy Program

Location: Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, India

Job Type: Full-time

Duration: 4 Months


Key Responsibilities:

Vocational Training:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on digital literacy, covering topics such as basic computer skills, internet usage, software applications, and other relevant digital tools.

Customize training materials to suit the diverse learning needs of participants from economically backward classes (EBC), other backward classes (OBC), scheduled castes (SC), and denotified tribes.


Resource Mobilization:

Collaborate with local community leaders, organizations, and government agencies to identify and enrol eligible participants from the target demographics.

Organize awareness campaigns to promote the program and generate interest among the eligible age group (18 to 45 years old).


Participant Enrollment:

Conduct outreach activities to engage potential participants and explain the benefits of the digital literacy program.

Maintain accurate records of enrolled participants, ensuring that the target numbers are met and exceeded.


Job Placement Assistance:

Establish partnerships with relevant industries, businesses, and employment agencies to create job placement opportunities for program participants.

Provide career counselling and guidance to participants, helping them identify suitable employment options aligned with their newly acquired digital skills.


Monitoring and Evaluation:

Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to assess the effectiveness of the training program and track the progress of participants.

Gather feedback from participants and industry partners to continuously improve the program's quality and relevance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Work, IT, etc.).

Proven experience in vocational training, especially in the context of digital literacy.

Strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals from EBC, OBC, SC, and denotified tribes in accessing education and employment opportunities.


Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Networking and relationship-building abilities.

Knowledge of local communities and cultural sensitivities.

Data management and reporting skills.
