Job Description

Program management and implementation in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization.

Overseeing the operations team and responsible for field activities in alignment with ARMMAN’s strategy.

Networking and liaising with Govt, and NGOs

Summarize regular updates, follow ups and reports to appropriate stakeholders.

Oversee day to day activities (profiling and registration) by partner NGO

Field planning and implementation of various studies such as needs assessment, baseline, endlines and qualitative studies.

Ensure proper documentation and writing reports.

Open to frequent travel to implementation sites and other program locations.

Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks.

Accurate and timely reporting of program status.

Monitoring and maintaining budget allocations in the project.

Assist communications team by sharing learnings from the field.


Qualification & Skills:


Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Humanities/Public Health preferred.

At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in programmatic and administrative support function.

The candidate should have experience in community programme implementation in maternal and child health or working with grass root NGOs with strong community insights

Strong training & facilitation skills and develop innovative ways of imparting training.

Proficient in MS Office, Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis using SPSS, STATA etc.

Ability to read and interpret data/documents.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong writing and editing skills.
