Immediate Requirement :

Our organization is looking for a Programme Coordinator for one of our Livelihood Initiative in Dhar District of MP. The details are as follows:

Qualification : Graduate or post graduate in Agriculture, Food Processing or

or management graduate in agri/ food management or Masters in

Social Work.

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in livelihood projects or food

processing and value addition services .

Major responsibilities:

1. The candidate will be whole sole responsible for the proper implementation of the NABARD's livelihood programme in Nalcha block of Dhar district.

2. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing the beneficiaries, conducting village meetings, developing and maintaining networking with the beneficiaries, beneficiaries documentation and record keeping.

3. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with DDMs, Village heads, district administration and other stakeholders as and when required.

4. The candidate will be responsible for office and staff management at project location.

5. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office records in both hard and soft copies, maintaining the finance and budgeting of the project office, preparing MIS and other necessary records.

Required Skills :

1. Must be willing to relocate and stay in Nalcha block of Dhar district for minimum of 2 years or project duration whichever is more.

2. Must possess good communication and networking skills with people and officials.

3. Must have a go getter attitude and work ethics to initiate and manage things on own.

4. Must be willing to travel as per the need of project in project location.

5. Must be proficient in MS excel / MS word and powerpoint.

6. English knowledge is not mandatory for active candidate.

Salaries and Remuneration : The monthly payout decided for this profile is Rs. 15000 per month with residence facility. Remunerations will include Travel allowances which will be maintained on a monthly basis.
