Job Description

Love Without Boundaries is seeking a talented and passionate Photographer cum Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in visually documenting the impact of our projects, creating compelling narratives through photography, and producing engaging content to amplify our mission. This position requires a creative individual who can capture meaningful moments, tell impactful stories, and contribute to the overall communication strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

Capture high-quality, emotive photographs that tell stories of the NGO's beneficiaries, projects, and events.

Plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring coverage of key activities and impactful moments.

Edit and retouch photographs to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.

Content Creation:

Develop written content to accompany photographs for various channels, including report writing, social media, website, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the communication team to create compelling multimedia content that aligns with the organization's messaging and branding.

Storytelling/Report Writing:

Collect and curate stories from the field, translating them into powerful narratives through visuals and written content.

Event Coverage:

Attend and cover NGO events, ensuring comprehensive visual documentation.

Capture moments that highlight the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in photography, MSW, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience as a photographer and content creator, preferably in the nonprofit sector.

Proficient in photography and photo editing software.

Strong storytelling and written communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

Passion for social causes and a deep understanding of the NGO's mission.
