Job Description

• Provide coordination support to various training programs.

• Work in close collaboration with donor partners to provide technical support for conducting TOT, and other training.

• Facilitate and perform a needs assessment to identify training needs.

• Participate in field missions to facilitate training as well as coordination between key stakeholders and beneficiaries at the field level.

• Prepare standardized criteria for selecting trainees and ensure the success of pieces of training.

• Conduct pre-training and post-training surveys with trainees and document lessons learned as a tool for enhancing and improving the quality of the training.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and awareness-raising activities with project beneficiaries and partner institutions.

• Assist in developing a calendar that details what types of workshops, and awareness-raising opportunities are being offered.

• Developing reports of each workshop and meeting for managerial use.

• Assist with the development of an effective network with other stakeholders in order to mobilize a broader support and implementation base.

• Assist program team with the preparation of progress, quarterly and final project reports, and provide the necessary support required to compile the annual report, donor reports, and other reports as and when required.
