Job Description

Job Profile: Female Program Officer


The Program Officer is responsible for the micro management of all projects. He/ She does the monitoring, reporting, ensure effective communication with donors, government entities, and project teams. Additionally provide mentoring and capacity-building support for project staff.


Key Responsible Areas (KRA)


1. Guidance and Handholding the team for the micro management.

2. Project Planning, Reporting and Documentation

3. ICPS and project Communication and Consultation.

4. Organize and execute Community-Based Programs

5. Monitoring and Reporting

6. Organizing Weekly Meetings

7. Training and Capacity Building

8. Linkages with CWC , local Government and stakeholders

9. Coordination for Donor Agency Visits

10. Children related document preparations

11. Policy implementation (Decisions are made based on this)


Qualification and Experience Required :


Post graduation in MSW

At least 3 to 5 years working Experience in Child Rights with CWC , Children Home, Childline.

Good communication skills.

Ability for Multi tasking

Good leadership in team management

Good language in English and Hindi ( Reading and writing)

Good in computer and documentation
