Job Description

The M&E Officer will be responsible for the data collection, analysis and interpretion. the person will maintain the MIS register as required by program at the State level and ensure the data quality. working closely with the Project Coordinator, the incumbent will ensure the required information-related data is provided to the team for various reporting reasons.

key responsiblities:-

1 Set up robust data capture and anaylsis processes at the feild level in close to the national close coordination with the national team.

2 Ensuring accuracy in thr data collection through MIS tools.

3 Responsing for updating all MIS register and maintaining the information in soft amd hard copies.

4 Ensuring overall implementation of reposrting system into practice.

5 Timely compilation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/six monthly and annual reports.

6 Ensuring timely and quality reporting in the prescribed formats.

7 Anslyzing the data and providing feedback along with project coordinator.

8 preparing the data reconciliation statament and action taken reports in consultation with the team.

9 Ensuring data confidentiality by strictly adhering to data safety and protection measures as per the protocols.

10 Ensuring complete data backup and safety throughout thr duration of project.
