Job Description

 Provide programmatic and administrative support to the training teams and program officer to ensure timely conduction of trainings and program activities as per the project work plan.  Undertake preparation, including organizing and ensuring logistic support for providers’ trainings, including onsite trainings at the focus facilities to ensure quality.  Undertake pre-training visits to focus facilities to assess training preparation and ensure all logistic and facility readiness to conduct on-site trainings. Work and coordinate with identified program champions at the focus facilities.  Conduct facility based trainings on commodity management and data collection and counseling services for non-clinical providers.  Facilitate training of the data collectors at the project focus facilities.  Prepare training reports, and maintain and update training database in a timely manner.  Undertake supportive supervision visits at focus facilities to provide program support, fie

Eligibility Criteria

 A university graduate, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Social Sciences.  Degree/ Diploma/ distance learning certificate in computers with excellent competency (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook).  3-5 years relevant work experience in office management and/or project support.  Experience in working with projects and knowledge of health and training issues desired.  Familiarity with the Indian health system, key stakeholders and relevant government policies/ strategies particularly National Health Mission, Reproductive Child Health II and Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health + Adolescent (RMNCH+A).

Graduation - Diploma

 Demonstrated ability to multitask.  Attention to detail.  Ability to produce documents of professional quality and coordinate activities independently.  Comfortable with working in a multicultural team.  Able to manage/ prioritize work from several sources. Ability to handle pressure of deadlines.  Excellent organizational and logistics management skills.  Ability to develop productive working relationships with other agencies, stakeholders and other organizations.  Fluency in spoken English, Hindi and Odiya is a must.  Good written communication skills.  Willingness and flexibility to work on a wide range of tasks.
