Job Description: -
1. Execute training as per plan using internal and external resources.
2. Assist Corporate HR in coordinating and collecting Annual TNI for all divisions.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training feedback forms and records for audits.
4. Prepare monthly training MIS and present weekly reports.
5. Coordinate with internal and external trainers for all training activities.
6. Arrange and manage all outbound training and meetings.
7. Assist in coordinating goal setting and performance assessment processes.
8. Support ongoing performance feedback and implementation of improvement plans.
9. Coordinate innovation scheme activities and maintain related data.
10. Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain record of all events and CSR activities.
