implemented in rural and urban locations, presently in 6 states namely Delhi,

Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Gujarat.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soft Skills and Computer

Female Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on

enhancing participants' soft skills and computer proficiency. This role requires a

combination of excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a deep

understanding of computer applications.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training program in schools that cover a range of soft skills,

including communication, teamwork, time management, and

problem-solving.

Conduct computer training sessions to enhance participants' skills in using

various software applications, operating systems, and other technology

tools.

Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of

diverse participants.

Assess participants' progress and adjust training methods accordingly.

Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure a

comprehensive and cohesive training experience.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning

and skill application.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and

assessment tools, making continuous improvements.

Keep accurate records of training attendance, participant performance, and

other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. A female candidate with a proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer and

Computer Trainer.

3. Strong expertise in designing and delivering soft skills and computer training

programs.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to tailor training content to diverse audiences.

6. Familiarity with a variety of computer applications, operating systems, and

technology tools.

7. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping individuals develop both soft

skills and technical proficiency.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving training environment.
