Job Description

Responsibilities

1.Overseeing implementation of all our Agri-tech intervention across the country;

2.Developing and improving the Package of Practices of various crops and contributing significantly in expanding the scope of Agri-tech services in terms of geography and products.

3.Identifying key agriculture productivity drivers in each target crop

4.Representing WRMS as an important player in the Agriculture Technology and Risk Management space among various client groups such as government, farmer producer groups, Agri-companies, traders and Agri-retailers

5.Ensuring outstanding results and a high level of quality in SecufarmTM

6.Monitoring and steering the performance of agriculture vertical with clear focus on expanding the revenues of the vertical

7.Gaining thought leadership in Agri-tech and Agri Risk Management space with governments and other interest groups

Required Traits

1.Good communication skills with ability to articulate and promote SecufarmTM platform

2.Exemplary entrepreneurship and leadership skills, with a passion for creating impact in agriculture Sector; High level of integrity and credibility with strong industry interface

3.Excellent command over local language & Hindi.

Educational Qualifications

Post Graduate or Doctorate in Agronomy or any other related agriculture field
