Role: Social Media Executive

Reporting to: Executive Director

We are looking for an fresher/experienced Social Media Executive to plan and manage our organization's social media and help us in promoting United Way of Baroda’s social cause to the public. You should be a creative individual who can produce witty and engaging content for our social media pages. To excel in this role, you should be updated with the latest trends and design a strategy to take advantage of the same.

Job Description

•Manage our Organization's social media accounts.

•Research and plan content strategy for our social project and campaigns by considering the latest trends.

•Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.

•Collaborate with the project team to get the images and videos to share it in public.

•Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.

•Build a community by engaging the beneficiaries and stakeholders’ interview with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.

•Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.

•Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the creatives.

•Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platforms.

Requirements

•Fresher or having 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role.

•Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

•Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.

•Having outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.

•Good understanding of social media ads.

•Sound knowledge of influencer marketing.

•Familiarity with social media post schedulers like Hootsuite, Buffer, Publer, or similar tools would be prefer as added advantage.

•Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Extension & Communication.

•Good written and verbal communication skills.

•Good time management skills.
