Operational Management

Project set up, manage, administer

Monitor overall project operations

Ensure project smooth implementation at all levels

Govt Level - permission, coordination

Advocacy and Counselling at various stakeholder levels

Work on Strategies for project outcomes and success

Educational Program Planning and Implementation

Planning program components and the content for ensuring delivery as per time schedule of the planned activities

Ensure the program content and resources provided are as per the requirements of the location

Facilitate and enable them to implement the program effectively

Plan Program implementation.

On ground observation visits and facilitate, demonstrate activity sessions

Capacity building of field team to carry out the field level program activities, guiding them in the implementation

Program impact progress monitoring.
