Bapu Group is hiring a Project Coordinator (Training Manager).

Basic Qualification and Skillset:

• The applicant is expected to have a Graduation or Master’s Degree.

• At least 4+ years of experience in Training with experience in working in mental health.

• The applicant must be fluent in English, Hindi Marathi.

• Should have strong communication skills, advanced studies and research skills, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.

• Should be well versed with LMS (Learning Management Systems), eLearning authoring tool, editing software, and updating posts on social media platforms related to training.

• Be able to create learning modules, presentations and deliver them clearly and confidently.

• Teamwork and coordination with both internal teams and external service providers are expected.

• Able to self-organize, motivate teams, and work independently, with the capacity to run training calendars as per schedule per academic year.

• Good communication skills, cooperation, and being a team player are the most desired qualities.

• Experience in a similar field preferred.

Job Role

Training:

• Will have a very important role in the development of the training in the Organisation as per the vision and mission set by the organization.

• Will oversight of the seamless planning, implementation, and documentation of existing training programs.

• supporting in liaison and partnerships building towards creating training opportunities, accreditations, etc.

• Planning and reviewing overall budgets and support in creating entrepreneurial frameworks for optimizing the financing mechanism.

• Curriculum development and manualizing of training modules.

• Maintaining evaluations and standards of training delivery.

• Partnerships internal to various programs of the organisation, and oversight of various training programs as they pan out over the years in India.

• Along with the Director-training, to develop a research profile for Bapu Group through facilitating research and harvesting learnings of the training in partner communities

• Keep up to date with project management, donor engagement, people development, and budgets of the BT training program, contributing to budgeting, HR requirements, etc. in consultation with Assistant Director (Training).

Program:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures

• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Undertaking project tasks as required.

• Developing project strategies.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills required.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Appointment: For 2 Years

Salary: Based on Experience & Qualification,
