Job Description

Ennoble Social Innovations is actively seeking a Proposal writer to join our Mumbai-Sakinaka team. This position plays a pivotal role in securing the necessary resources to drive our mission of transforming education in India. 

Key Responsibilities: 

·        Determine the project concepts/ proposals by studying RFPs , attending strategy

meetings and accordingly develop project concepts/ proposal as per the requirement of

the donor

·        Meet proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information

gathering, writing, review, approval, submission and track the status of the same

·        Closely work with the CSR and fundraising and communication team

·        Maintain quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards

including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.

·        Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and

different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Eligibility Criteria

Requirement and Skills:

·        Bachelor's degree in Creative writing or related field.

·        Excellent knowledge of Fundraising information sources

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably within the

non-profit sector or fundraising environment.

·        Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives, convey

complex ideas concisely, and evoke emotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

A successful proposal writer needs excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas. Furthermore, they must have strong project management skills and be capable of managing multiple proposals at the same time while meeting strict deadlines.
