Job Purpose:
The Community Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating community engagement activities related to Awareness Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Organize and facilitate community meetings and workshops to raise awareness about solid and liquid waste management.
Program Implementation: Work closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to implement the program at the community level.
Training: Conduct training sessions for community members on best practices for solid and liquid waste management.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback to the Program Director about the progress of the program in the community.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Community Development).
• Proven experience in community engagement or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
