Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework for the Awareness Program. He will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures for the program.

Data Management: Monitor all program activities and progress towards achieving the project output.

Reporting: Recommend further improvement of the logical framework, develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.

Program Development: Monitor the sustainability of the program’s results and take corrective actions when necessary.

Capacity Building: Provide training to the staff on M&E matters and program implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Public Policy).

• Proven experience in a management position in a similar field.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex, multifaceted tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
