The HR Manager at MUKTI plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organization. This role is integral to developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's mission and objectives effectively. Working closely with senior management, the HR Manager ensures compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with MUKTI's values.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of diverse, qualified candidates and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Conduct orientation programs for new hires and design & facilitate ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to NGO operations.
Talent Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to implement relevant training programs.
- Implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
- Cultivate a positive organizational culture that reflects MUKTI's values and mission.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and communication.
- Coordinate events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Generate regular reports on HR and administrative metrics for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Social Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Independent thinker and problem solving
- 10+ year of functional role experience
