Job Description

The ‘Coordinator - Administration’ is expected to provide leadership and guidance to all administrative functions including finance management, human resource management, communication and documentation, office assistance, logistics and transportation.

Eligibility Criteria

The Collective is looking for an individual to be based in Chennekothapalli village. The person should have: - M.B.A or equivalent degree in Management / Development - 3+ years of work experience at top/middle level management - Exceptional computer skills including MS Office - Excellent communication skills especially in English - Pro-active, flexible and confidential approach - Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team - Exposure to contemporary and emerging development issues will be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM

- Manage the administrative team consisting of finance management, computer and documentation, office assistance, logistics and transportation teams - Strengthening the day to day running and maintenance of the office - Ensure fulfilment of all legal requirement of the Collective - Strengthen existing administrative and personnel policies - Coordinate programs for interns, volunteers and visitors - Advertising for, short listing, hiring and orienting admin and program staff - Assist with production of Annual Report, newsletters, and other publications - Assist with creation of displays and communication materials - Assist in all aspects of event planning and implementation - Implement long term plans for developing management systems
