About Naganapalle Mahila Producer Company Limited

The Naganpalle Women Farmers Services Producer Company Limited was established in the year 2019 as a part of the Ramoji Foundation initiative. The Naganpalle village is situated in the Ibrahimpatnam mandal of Rangareddy District of Telangana, adopted by the Ramoji Foundation. Access Livelihoods is the implementing partner for the implementing integrated livelihoods project with 188 members that constitutes 75% population of the Naganpalle Village consisting of Women farmers and non-farmers. The women are provided various livelihood and enterprise specific trainings including a 9-month mini-MBA to enhance their leadership and management skills, mentorship & incubation support and financial services, to become entrepreneurs in the industry. Some of the businesses established are organic vegetable cultivation and trading, Dairy processing unit, input business, and retail grocery business.

Location: Naganapalle, Ibrahimpatnam

  1. Lead and guide a team on community businesses
  2. Identify new viable opportunities for businesses like cloud kitchens, garmenting units
  3. Able to manage businesses which include paddy, organic vegetables and dairy
  4. Responsible for profitability of various businesses and NMPCL
  5. Promote micro-enterprises and create financial and market linkages for them
  6. Enhance skills of youth to promote enterprises or/and obtain employment
  7. Raise finances from formal financial institutions to meet the business requirements
  8. Oversee processing and ensure sales, and marketing of products
  9. Manage partners and other stakeholders
  10. Train and develop capacities of members, board of directors and staff of the Producer Company
  11. Link producer company to academic institutions, market institutions, government institutions for access to information, resources and technologies
  12. Establish systems to ensure transparency and accountability including financial, MIS, legal, marketing and cutting-edge technological solutions
  13. Monitor and report the progress of projects on a regular basis
  14. Coordinate the strategic and annual planning and execution
  15. Willing to travel extensively as required
  16. Must have excellent numbering skills, must be comfortable with Excel, Power Point and Word.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Masters in Agri-Business/Rural Management/MBA/Livelihoods from a reputed institute.

Experience: 5-7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in managing businesses and incubation of community enterprises

Language: Knowledge of local language mandatory (Telugu)

Preference will be given to women candidates.
