Job Description

Lead and guide the entire team of operations beehive to create and manage viable collective and individual embedded enterprises.

Raise funds and grants for managing the programs.

Provide strategic direction to the programs.

Design new initiatives.

Understand, review and guide on various commodity businesses.

Forge new partnerships relevant to incubation of producer enterprises.

Manage partners and boards of the Producer Companies across 4 states.

Provide period progress to the CEO and the board.

Establish systems to ensure transparency and accountability including financial, MIS, legal, marketing and cutting-edge technological solutions

Ready to travel extensively as required.

Must have excellent numbering skills, must be comfortable with Excel, Power Point and Word.

Location: Hyderabad (with travel across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha and Maharashtra)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Masters in Agri-Business/Rural Management/MBA/Livelihoods from a reputed institute.

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in commodity businesses and incubation of community enterprises

Languages: English, Hindi. Preference will be given to Odia, Marathi and Telugu speakers

Preference will be given to women candidates.
