Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to lead our City Awareness Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the project’s activities to ensure objectives are met within the required time frame and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Meeting Facilitation: Conduct regular team meetings to provide project updates and address any issues or challenges.

Awareness Campaigns: Organize and manage awareness campaigns on solid and liquid waste management in Greater Noida.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local communities, government bodies, and other stakeholders to promote the importance of waste management.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management and coordination.

• Knowledge of solid and liquid waste management practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in project management software tools.
