Job Description

Eligibility:

Minimum two years of relevant work experience.

Post graduation in Social Work, Sociology or related discipline.

Working knowledge of MS office, G-suite and Canva.

Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English would be preferable.

Remuneration: As per market standards.

About NEF:

Founded in 2017, the Natural Elements Foundation (NEF), a Section 8 company, has been dedicated to uplifting the lives of women and girls in the urban fringes of Delhi.

• During the Covid-19 pandemic, NEF partnered with the Delhi Government to launch campaigns and distribute food, raised awareness about vaccines, provided essential healthcare services, and enabled access to education through technology.

• We have delivered free coaching and remedial classes for girls in our target communities, along with climate education to foster girls' leadership.

• Partnering with Anganwadis and mahila mandals, we promote community engagement and dialogue with women. Successfully establishing strong local connections, we have reached out to over 100,000 women and girls residing in slums, unauthorised colonies, JJ clusters, and low-income areas in Delhi.
