Account Assistant: 01

Key role & responsibilities

* Assist the Accounts Officer

* Manage all accounting transactions

* Prepare budget forecasts

* Publish financial statements in time

* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

* Ensure timely bank payments

* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

* Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

* Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

Supervisor: 01

Key role & responsibilities

* Working on the components of livestock management and rearing practices, with a primary focus on poultry rearing.

* Supporting the community in adopting sustainable livestock practices.

* Developing comprehensive project plans, including yearly, quarterly, and monthly action plans.

* Creating event task plans and milestone-based planning to ensure effective implementation of project activities.

* Identifying training needs of project team members and beneficiaries.

* Facilitating skill development and capacity-building initiatives related to poultry-based livelihood enhancement.

Field Coordinator: 03

Key role & responsibilities

* Build and maintain positive relationships with community and stakeholders

* Manage and supervise beneficiaries and work closely with around 100 farmers.

* Conduct community level awareness meetings and facilitate educational sessions for community members.

* Enhance the skills and capacities of community members through training sessions.

* Establish and maintain networks with community organizations, local government agencies and relevant stakeholders.

* Monitor the development of the project within the community

* Collect data, prepare case studies and relevant reports.

Location: Kasdol block, District- Balodabazar Bhatapara (Chhattisgarh)

Salary: INR 10,000/- to 30,000/- basis on the designation and experience
