SJJKS-is a registered non-governmental organization established in the year 1991. SJJKS initiated its work in a three villages of Nagar block, Bharatpur District, Rajasthan with the objective to improve the health of women & children. Constant evaluation of its work along with community’s feed back, led to a shift in focus from purely health to overall development of the communities. From women and child it moved on to the life cycle approach with a special focus on disadvantage women group in the communities.

The organisation is looking for a Documentation Coordinator with following qualifications:

1. Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MSW

2. Good Reporting skills in Hindi as well as English

3. Well Versed with Microsoft word, excel, power point

4. Knowledge on proposal writing

The Job Responsibilities include:

• Project based monitoring, data management, and Producing reports on the progress of the projects

• Process documentation of achievement of organisation’s mission and strategic objectives

• Maintain the project MIS

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report of the programs

• Prepare the donor reports and other event reports as per requirement

• Field visits and collection of success stories

In 1991 SJJKS initiated its work in a three villages which is populated with Meo- Muslims community of Nagar block, Bharatpur District, Rajasthan with the objective to improve the health of women & children. As the program moved forward, after an evaluation and as a result of constant change, the Organisation led to a shift in focus from purely health to overall development of the communities. From barely focusing on health of women and child it moved on to the life cycle approach with a special focus on disadvantaged children and women group in the communities.
