Job Description

Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with academic, personal, social, and emotional challenges.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized intervention plans to address students' needs and promote holistic development.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic success, behavior management, and social-emotional well-being.

Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support to students experiencing trauma, grief, or other emergencies.

Conduct consultations and referrals to external agencies, mental health professionals, and community resources as appropriate.

Maintain accurate and confidential student records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Engage in professional development activities, supervision, and ongoing training to enhance counseling skills and stay updated with current trends in education and counseling.
