Job Description

 Formation and Promotion of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)

· Capacity Building Training and Mobilization

· Responsible for the Convergence with different Department and Agencies which could avail services of the Training Centre.

· Ensure Business promotion through production and sales of various seeds.

· Ensure Business promotion of the Centre through procurement of Agri/ rural produce from nearby areas and sale promotion of the same in processed/ semi-processed form.

· Ensure Service promotion of the Centre through liaison with various agency and Departments to avail the facilities of the venue.

· Developing and implementing growth strategy and achieve aggressive sales targets

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

· Planning and execution of the production cycle through procurement of different requirements

· Create and establish a positive brand image for the Product among the customers, markets and within the business ecosystem.

· Ensure promotion of through online and offline modes.

· Preparing MIS for management

· To direct, promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help to achieve mission, objective, and goals.

· Develop and review goals based on the objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team.

· Assist in the development of the Annual Sales Plan for new products, in coordination with Management.

· Manages the day to day activities and performance of the FPO and its Business

· Provides action plans with timing to resolve any system non compliance a performs field audits for quality assurance.

· Provide Capacity Building Training to the members

· Ensure Stakeholder Management & Customer satisfaction

· Develop a mechanism to collect feedback from the client.

· The deputation will be on the basis of the qualification, experience, last salary is drawn and Interview.

· The additional benefits of Travelling Allowance, Dearness Allowance, etc. will be provided as per the organizational norms.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry/Agri Business Management/relevant sectors.

· Experience of 2 Years Agri-Business will be preferred

· Good Oral and Writing Skill in English and Hindi (Marathi Mandatory for Maharashtra Location)

· Ready to work in the Remote Areas

· Computer Knowledge is compulsory
