Job Description


Responsibilities:

-Facilitate in project planning- drafting proposals and defining project processes.

- Documentation, Client reporting and compliances.

- Monitoring of the projects.

- Coordinating with the menstrual educators working on the field as per needs.

- Keeping a track of deliverables and following strict timelines.

- Liaise with the social media manager to ensure active and quality content on the handles.

- Maintain association with beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders.

- Field Work as per need.

- Project related travel as per need.


Qualifications and Skills


- Bachelors in social sciences, masters will be preferred

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience

- Proficient in Written English

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to multitask

- Track record of being a team player, high integrity, ability to deal with multiple tasks, flexibility and timely completion of tasks.

- Problem solving skills with solutions-oriented approach.

Sachhi Saheli has been undertaking workshops in various schools of several states in India including Delhi, Haryana, Dadra&Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu etc. It has left a mark on the lives of more than 1 Lac girls and boys by helping them overcome stigmas and taboos related to menstruation and by encouraging them to speak up against sexual abuse. Sachhi Saheli extends its level of assistance by going beyond the classroom and organising events that can reach a larger audience. We run several programs under which we talk, debate, protest, walk, and share everything about menstruation and sexual and reproductive health. Additionally, Sachhi Saheli has worked with various government bodies to train master trainers to take this knowledge to the last mile.
