Job Description: Office Assistant (Full Time)


An outline of Responsibilities


- Typing and formatting work of documents & Data Entry on Computers on regular basis

-Maintaining of Office Records, manual files and other documents from time to time.

-Maintaining & updating the Stock Registers on daily basis

-Maintaining, issuing and updating study material to blind students on a regular basis.

-Other allied work assigned by the organization from time to time.


Requirements:


-Good typing speed

-good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, Internet and E mails and functional knowledge of social media platforms.

-Functional knowledge of English and Hindi

-openness to travel locally and out of city sometimes as per project requirements

-Sensitivity towards disabilities will be an additional advantage


Desired Experience: Minimum 1-2 year working experience in an office.
