This role centres on steering the enhancement of the RISE UP application (in-house programmatic IT system), ensuring its alignment with CSA’s short-term and long-term goals. Drive the adoption and usage of technology platforms for efficient data management and reporting, providing periodic training and guidance to ensure staff proficiency in utilising the system effectively.

Communicate the updates to leadership, ensuring clear and concise communication regarding system developments and their impact on program operations and outcomes.
