Your primary responsibilities would be to:

• Curriculum Development:
• Assist in research and design of program content, ensuring it remains relevant and cutting-edge.
• Develop session plans aligned with learning objectives.
• Update and contribute to the kanthari methodology and resource materials.
• Facilitation & Delivery:
• Support or lead workshops, sessions, and events.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for diverse participants.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on assignment reviews and questions from the participants
• Support the kanthari intake – outreach team.

Eligibility Criteria

DO YOU HAVE:

•   Excellent facilitation and English communication skills, including active listening, clear instruction, and delivering constructive feedback?

•   Strong planning and time-management skills?

•   Strong expertise/interest in experiential learning methodologies and adult education?

•   skills and or interest in designing and developing engaging learning materials?

•   Tech savvy, good computer skills.

•   A good sense of humor? This is an absolute plus

•   relevant working experience, preferably in an NGO, social venture, or international working environment?
