About the role:

We're hiring a proactive Communications Coordinator to amplify our impact. Join us in crafting compelling narratives, engaging across channels, and building strategic partnerships.


1. Programme Communication:

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Craft engaging content (press releases, articles, blogs) showcasing program impact.

• Manage internal communication, facilitate knowledge sharing, and organize outreach activities.

2. Social Media Management:

• Support dynamic social media strategy across platforms.

• Create engaging content, manage online communities, and analyze metrics for strategy adaptation.

3. CSR and Corporate Engagement:

• Identify potential stakeholders and cultivate relationships.

• Develop strategic partnerships with corporations and manage communication for fundraising initiatives.

• Represent the organization at industry events.


• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.

• Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
