Job Description:

1. To supervise the timely management and execution of the project

2. To monitor the administration of the project and maintain documentation of the project related communications and activities.

3. To conduct timely evaluation of the project activities by ensuring effective

coordination with the project team for smooth implementation of the project related activities.

4. To monitor the administration tasks in the project

5. To ensure timely reporting and execution of the project.

6. To engage in coordination and engagement activities.

Skill Requirements:

1. Committed to work for the protection and strengthening of child rights.

2. Knowledge of the child protection laws in India.

3. Strong documentation and report writing skills.

4. Good interpersonal and networking skills.

5. Exposure in handling data management and analysis.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools.

7. Ability to work under pressure.

8. Willingness to work flexibly, outside normal working hours.

Qualification:

1. Masters in Social Work.

2. Other relevant professional qualifications in line with area of specialization.

Experience:

1. Two years’ experience in working in Child Protection.

2. Freshers who have done internship work in the child protection sector will also be considered
