Job Description:

Designation: Administrator

No of Position:1

Reporting: Director

Job Responsibilities:

1.Looks after Office maintenance

2.Maintains Attendance Register

3.Maintains monthly Board

4.Annals(an official record of events or activities year by year)

5.Keeps records of the leaves and leave application

6.Keep record of stationary and stationary cupboards

7.Keeps record of library book

8.Keep record of kitchen items

9.Keeps records of the printed materials of DMWSC (newspaper clipping, Magazines, annual report etc…)

10.Does monthly expenses for ration, milk, newspaper etc…

11.Keeps record of vehicle maintenance

12.Keep record of generator fuel and its maintenance

13.Volunteer pick up and drop.

14.Volunteer expenses.

Qualification required: Master's of Social Work(MSW)/Rural Development

Experience: Atleast 1-3 years as an administrator in development sector will be an added advantage

Remuneration:

Salary will be Rs 20,000/-, plus T.A and Mobile recharge as per actual basis

Required Languages: English, Hindi, Bengali, Nepali and other local languages

Experience and skills in MS Office(Word, excel, PowerPoint, Photography)
