Job Description

JOB Title- District/Block Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of educational events within the assigned district/block.

Liaise with schools, educational institutions, and local authorities to ensure participation and support for the event.

Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, transportation, and other necessary resources.

Facilitate communication between Subhadra Foundation and local stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

Supervise volunteers and support staff involved in the event, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed effectively.

Monitor and evaluate event activities .

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the event locally and attract maximum participation.

Compile and report event-related data and feedback for post-event analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, or related field.

Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development.

Proven experience in coordinating educational events or projects.

Strong knowledge on Microsoft office.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with local educational institutions and community networks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility:

Candidates with a postgraduate degree in MSW or Rural Development are preferred, but individuals with relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field will also be considered.

Salary Expectation-25K-30K
