Location:- Madhubani(Bihar)

Note:- Candidate from Madhubani district will be given preference.

Position: FPO Accountant

No of Position Vacant: 1

Type of Job: FPO Accounting and all expenditure maintenance

Reporting Person: Project Coordinator and FPO Manager

Period of Contract: Initially three months’ probation period, after successful completion of the probation period the contract will be renewed based on performance.

About the Organization:

Sarvo Prayas Sansthan (SPS) is a non-profit organization registered under Societies Registration Act, SPS has been established in 2004. SPS has been working in Bihar’s three district –Madhubani, Darbhanga and Supaul in various fields. As a part of one of its flagship project SPS is looking for formation of an FPO regarding which following attributes are required:-

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Capable of handling an account department

2. Experience of budgeting and auditing of the organization

3. Reporting and documentation

4. Knowledge of FCRA funds and should know about FCRA Rules and Regulations. Knowledge of Utilizing FCRA funds in an Organisation.

5. Be responsible for all financial management like expenditure, over-expenses, and cashbook maintenance.

6. Should have good writing and communication skills in English and Hindi and the ability to communicate with Chairman/Founder

7. Any other work as required by FPO and organization.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Commerce graduate or related education qualification

2. Be very energetic and have self-learning abilities with flexible working hours Essential Quality:

Mandatory requirement:-2-4 years of working experience in accounting work. Knowledge of Tally is preferable.

Remuneration: Rs 12679/- Per month including travel. .
