Job Title – Project Head - Education No. of Position – 1

Qualification & Experience – Bachelor/ Master’s Degree from Accredited University or B.Ed in Special Education for Hearing Impaired. At least 15-20 years of Experience.

CTC – Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Location – Noida (Preference will be given to nearby residents)

Primary Objective: Oversee and manage the entire gamut of school activities and OPP program including training of teachers, education of students, growth pattern of students. Provide guidance to special educators and other Deaf teachers develop or modify curriculum and prepare lessons and other instructional materials to student ability levels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the classroom teaching to students as per course curriculum.

• Provide an integrated plan for developing the capacities of Deaf students.

• Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students assigned.

• Work closely with teachers to modify regular curricula as needed.

• Conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan for instructional activities.

• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.

• Guide in selection of books, equipment, and other instructional materials as required.

• Set learning goals for each student, assess their progress, and record their evaluations.

• Update parents on the progress of their students and enlist parental support with behavior control and home activities designed to supplement their classroom lessons.

• Help plan for the transition of their students to productive lives after the completion of their secondary education.
