Job Description

• Work with our Head Coach to strengthen the existing program design.
• Create a curriculum that builds SOTG and aligns with the organization's intentions in Gender, Pluralism, and Self
• Develop Monitoring and Evaluation tools for the program
• Manage the existing coaching centers
• Start and maintain new coaching centers
• Manage our team of Youth Coaches
• Generate content for Lucknow Ultimate's social media outreach.
• Fundraise for the organization as needed
• Network for potential partnerships to bring more exposure and opportunities to our athletes
• Record and share stories of change from the ground.
