Job brief
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to ensure that our operations and organization transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. The Coordinator will also review employees’ work and provide advice on compliance.
To succeed in this role, she/he should be a reliable professional who can make timely decisions. She/he should be familiar with risk management and LMST Policies & standards. Interested person having a sharp management skill are invited for this post.
The role and responsibility will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our organization objectives.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program
• Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
• Draft and revise organization policies
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Evaluate organization activities (program & finance) to assess compliance risk
• Collaborate with external auditors and Administration when needed
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Educate and train staff on regulations and organization practices
• Address staff concerns or questions on legal compliance
• Keep close of internal standards and organization goals
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience in similar field having social sector background
• Experience in risk management
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (Program & Finance related)
• Familiarity with social activities and practices with professional standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and professional ethics

• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Graduate/Post Graduate in finance, business administration or a related field
