Job Description

1.Represents UWM to the NGO community at large, which includes developing and maintaining relationships with key NGOs working, private foundations in the areas of Education, Health & Livelihood. 2.Due diligence: and identification of new NGOs pan India through regular field visits for related project activities. Updating regular diligence procedures and create SOPs around systems of selection & process documenting. The person would be in charge of maintaining a database of unique projects and update this database regularly. 3.Build Broad Networks: which enables access to professionals who can advise time to time on policy issues, evaluation and strengthening the networks of partnering NGOs in areas of Education, health and livelihood. 4.Capacity Building: NGO development activities and workshops, trainings etc variety of NGO development services as part of service offering at UWM. Develop training modules with domain experts for the capacity building of partner NGOs in selected area

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate preferred with Masters in Social Work/Bachelors in Social Work degree/ Development Studies/ sociology or relevant experience in managing NGO relationships for a couple of years. ·Experience of 3-5 years in the NGO sector, experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of projects would be desirable

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - Graduate-Other

·Excellent oral and written communications skills; substantive experience in writing proposals, case studies and reports ·Candidate must be a team player and should be willing to travel extensively across India for project visits ·Good command on Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT, etc
