Job Description

Under Supervision of the Program Manager Improve and communicate the charity structure to maximize the fund raising capacity and visibility of all participating charities via the event. Maintain excellent processes to ensure flawless execution of the charity structure Build and develop good relationship and communications with NGO’s, Fundraisers, Donors and partners. Assist and advice participating NGO’s and fundraisers in scaling their participation and conduct capacity building workshops. Manage the funds cycle of the functions directly handled- raising, receiving, accounting, reconciling, disbursing and reporting. Research, recommend and incorporate best practices to improve team efficiency Contribute to all activities of the special events team including working on new event collaborations.

Eligibility Criteria

Maturity of candidate is an important consideration. Could be a fresher but ideally with 1-3 years’ experience.

Graduation - Graduate-Other

Organised and an excellent communicator- written as well as oral. A people’s person with natural flair and maturity for developing relationships and network. Comfortable with MS office especially excel. Creative and innovative thinker Have passion and drive to make a difference in society through supporting causes. Understanding of social and traditional media. An understanding of the non profit sector is desirable but not essential. Sensitivity to the sector is essential.
