Position: Project Coordinator

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Salary Range: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month (Negotiable)

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in leading and managing development projects in Haryana. You'll oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aimed at improving the lives of underprivileged communities. With your strong leadership skills and strategic vision, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, mobilize resources, and drive positive change at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects in Haryana.

• Coordinate with project staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.

• Develop project work plans, budgets, and progress reports in collaboration with the team.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project staff to enhance program effectiveness.

• Monitor project activities, expenditures, and outcomes to ensure adherence to project goals and timelines.

• Evaluate project impact and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

• Master / Bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the development sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to social justice, community empowerment, and sustainable development.
