JOB DESCRIPTION – COUNSELLOR

Reporting to: The Director

Purpose: Planning and ensuring execution of all counseling activities as per project plan.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation and monitoring of the Psycho-Social intervention.

• Assessing and Identify all psychological and counseling needs of children.

• Ensuring that quality input/counseling is given to children.

• Ensure maintainace of all records related to Counseling.

• Maintain personal file of children getting Psycho Social support.

• Network with other NGOs/Government institutions for Psycho social intervention.

• Inter and intra department coordination.

• Oversee all the activities related to counseling

• Report to the concerned director and programme manager from time to time.

• Attend and conduct training programs when required.

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
