Job Description

Data Analysis, Strategic Planning & Budgeting  Carry out integrated planning and budgeting for various programs  Consult the supervisor on all policy matters  Carry out program planning and individual staff planning  Review budgeting guidelines with the Finance Department and other concerned staff  Explore avenues for growth and expansion of Project in existing areas, identify new areas, recommend and contribute to corporate level decision making  Work towards preparation of need based budgets by all key functionaries and the consolidation of departmental budget by the Accounts Officer Effecting implementation of programs:  Direct and coordinate staff of the project for effective implementation and achievement of laid down objectives and programmes  Establish and ensure maintenance of effective linkages with various government and non-government agencies/ institutions as well as individuals/ specialists  Ensure effective coordination amongst different sections

Eligibility Criteria

Post graduation in any subject with a minimum experience of 5 to 8 years.
