Job Description

She will be over all in charge of the sub center in respect of a) All the man power posted at the sub center level including the community health guides working within the geographical area of the sub center. b) She will be responsible for all the general administrative duties at the sub center level c) She will be responsible for submission of all the reports and returns to the higher level. She will directly report to the Health Supervisor posted at the Gram Panchayat level under whose jurisdiction the sub center falls. d) She will be responsible for financial management at the sub center. e) She will be responsible for maintenance of Stock ledger of different family welfare materials and other articles. Salary - 9000 + T.A Male candidate will be first preference.

Eligibility Criteria

Education and Qualified with ANM degree from any recognized institution. Must have minimum 1 year experience with a field level health programme.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - Graduate-Other

•Familiarity with government health policies and programmes Strong communication skills •Ability to work in small teams,and flexible ways of working •Proficiency in data recording/ management,report writing, case study compilation. •At least 10 days in the field visit required. •Overall management capacity to monitor,report and good the team under him/her.
