Job Description

- Ensuring effective program implementation and monitoring.

- Rapport building with stakeholders.

- Experience in group formation of women and income opportunities and revenue generation for the group members

- Ideas on addressing the adolescent and woman groups on social issues and strengthening the groups for its smooth and independent functioning.

- Conducting monthly team meeting to access the project progress, success, challenges faced & possible solution, share work plan & develop plan of action for next month.

- Monitoring the work of Social Workers, guiding them to seek the report & information from the field.

- Orientation, capacity building & handholding of Social Workers & Community motivators.

- Ensuring proper budget utilization.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate, Degree in Social Work or equivalent preferred • At least 3 -4 years of experience in handling team. • Able to lead team and coordinate with rural community • Female candidate preferred.

Good communication skills – written and oral; knowing Marathi would be an advantage ? Good understanding of rural markets and Social Sector ? Willingness to travel in rural areas. ? Passionate about social sector
